Mr. Kamal Sethia is the Chairman & Managing Director of Vardhman Group under which six different companies are involved in construction, development and maintenance of the construction projects and colonization. Born in Rajasthan in 1956, Mr. Sethia after seeking bachelor’s degree in commerce and MBA in marketing started his journey of entrepreneurship from building construction industry. The beginning was made with the development of independent bungalows in new Jaipur’s Pink City - Vidhyadhar Nagar.
Although at that time there were not too many players in the market and there was no liking and demand for flats, Mr. Sethia introduced the concept of flats and initiated to develop small housing complexes for different income group under the mother firm Sethia Constructions. This initiative not only provided a better housing option from Vardhman Group but also opened a way of fulfilling dreams of others. He is now a widely known real estate developer having already completed more than a dozen of renowned housing and commercial projects across Jaipur.
Mr. Sethia is the General Secretary of Central Spine Builders Association and a member of Rajasthan Builders & Promoters Association. Mr. Sethia has steadily progressed in the field of real estate of Jaipur and has also provided a platform from upcoming entrepreneurs, unemployed youth and dream home aspirants.

Having inherited from Mr. Kamal Sethia and with building construction skills in blood, Mr. Vivek Sethia has taken Vardhman Group to new heights.
